A Community of 52 Energy-Efficient Townhomes Grouped Around a Private Pool and Patio Area

The LeMans Village Townhome Association, Inc., a non-profit corporation, is organized to maintain and manage association properties, such as the pool, driveways, lawns and gardens. Each homeowner pays a monthly fee to cover association expenses, which include landscaping maintenance, pool maintenance, common area liability insurance, common area utilities, management, legal and accounting costs, taxes on common areas, termite contract on all buildings, maintenance of perimeter fencing, and periodic painting of building exteriors.

The Association is comprised of LeMans Village homeowners who annually elect a Board of Directors to transact the business and manage the affairs of the Association in accordance with the Declaration and By-Laws.
